Conversely, more employees register empathy in their workplace now, compared to before the #pandemic.

This may mean that while many leaders remain attached to old behaviors, the #transformation forced by COVID19 on businesses and organizations in general brought positive change. Flexible working arrangements have become the rule rather than the exception, and management has had to pay greater attention to people’s well-being.
