For this 3rd episode of our podcast series, our co-founder Allen Vernier had the opportunity to speak with Yoann Jeunet. Yoann is the Agility Coordinator of UDITIS SA, a software house specialized in IT services and created in 2000 as a spin-off from the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) which chose to evolve at the organizational level in the wake of “liberating companies” and Agile Management.
Therefore, they talked of course about agility and flexibility but also about holacracy, pleasure at work, commitment and performance or even generational diversity.
We hope you will enjoy it!
