ABSTRACT
Unable to move from the land they are in, plants have developed increasingly innovative solutions to their problems, challenges, threats and external attacks. Their immobility has become a force, an evolutionary success to be inspired by, even in the business environment. In this unstable period and with unexpected scenarios, we should further cultivate the art of humility and kindness, recovering the ability to relate to the invisible nature of life, the one that mostly develops underground.
Investigating the possibility of transforming one’s self through the relationship with the plant, Stella Saladino, creator of the Plants Inspirational Coaching ™ method explains how with a spectrum of people-plant interactions, the existing self is also potentially more open to regeneration and transformation, creating new ways of thinking, being and “healing” together for a variety of personal, ecological and social conditions.
